Business Analyst

The Business Analyst plays a key role within the project management life cycle, acting as the liaison between IT and business lines. This position supports the delivery of technology initiatives that enable the company to operate efficiently, securely, and with a strong member focus. This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, supporting project execution, and ensuring alignment with IT and PMO standards, governance, and strategy. Business Analyst helps drive clarity, consistency, and successful solution delivery across the company.
