Classroom Operations
• Open and prepare training rooms prior to class start times.
• Verify classroom equipment is functional, including computers, monitors, keyboards, and training environment access.
• Ensure training materials, signage, and classroom supplies are available and organized.
• Monitor classroom setup and report any technical or facility issues to the Training Team.
Attendance & Check-In
• Welcome learners at the beginning of each class.
• Assist participants with sign-in processes.
• Monitor attendance throughout the session and notify the Training Team of late arrivals or early departures.
Learner Support
• Assist learners with finding their correct rooms, pod, or seat.
• Assist learners with logging into Epic Training, the workstation, EpicU, Zoom, and the Training Environment.
• Help resolve basic access and navigation issues.
• Escalate technical concerns, application questions, or training-related issues to the appropriate Training Team member or analyst.
• Direct learners to available support resources.
• Communicate with the Epic Trainer if a BNBMC trainee needs assistance.
• Communicate with BNBMC leadership to resolve login issues.
• Assist trainees with re-registering if they arrive too late to attend class.
• Assist trainees with completing their login lab.
• Confirm trainees complete their assessment prior to leaving.
OTHER JOB DUTIES
Perform other related duties as assigned and participate in Epic readiness and training initiatives.
BASIC COMPETENCIES
Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
Experience: Experience in customer service, education, healthcare, or training support preferred.
Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency, communication, organization, customer service, and basic technology troubleshooting.
Training classroom and office environment. Frequent standing and walking. Occasional lifting of training materials up to 25 pounds. Interaction with learners, instructors, and support staff.
