We are looking for a high-energy Performance Coach / Personal Trainer who wants to be part of a company that is redefining healthcare, fitness, and longevity in Southwest Florida.

This is NOT a “walk around the gym counting reps” type of job.

You’ll work directly alongside:

• Physical therapists

• Wellness professionals

• Recovery specialists

• Golf and pickleball athletes

• Active adults serious about improving their quality of life

You’ll help clients:

• Move better

• Improve strength and mobility

• Reduce pain

• Improve balance and confidence

• Stay active longer

• Perform at a higher level in golf, pickleball, and life

You may be a great fit if you:

• Naturally connect with people

• Are passionate about movement, fitness, rehab, or performance

• Love coaching and motivating others

• Are eager to learn and grow professionally

• Take ownership and responsibility

• Want to be part of something bigger than “just another gym”

• Personal training, strength coaching, or performance coaching experience preferred

• NASM, CSCS, ACE, ISSA, or similar certifications are a plus

• Experience working with active adults or athletes is a plus

• Athletic Trainer (ATC) background is welcomed but not required

• New graduates and motivated coaches are welcome to apply
