What Your Journey Will Look Like: 

As a Data Entry, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational excellence by accurately processing parking citations and violations for both fleet and private customers. Your precision and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Process high volumes of parking citations and violations by entering data into internal and municipal systems 

• Review records for accuracy and completeness before submission 

• Ensure all processing deadlines are met to maintain timely service delivery 

• Collaborate with internal teams, city agencies, and customers to clarify or resolve discrepancies 

• Maintain organized records (digital and/or physical) in alignment with company standards 

• Follow documented procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data privacy 

• Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives 

What You’ll Need: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical support 

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy 

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently 

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word 

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills 

• Experience with municipal or transportation data is a plus 

Where You’ll Work: 

This role is based onsite in our Metuchen, NJ office. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Must be able to sit for extended periods and maintain focus on detailed data entry tasks.
