You'll join a Communications team at a pivotal stage of its development, with the opportunity to help shape one of its core capabilities from the ground up.
This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen Betclic's corporate reputation, elevate the visibility of our leaders and develop impactful media and thought leadership programmes.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, build relationships with leading media and help position Betclic as one of Europe's most influential entertainment and technology companies.

As Senior Global PR Manager, you will help shape and deliver Betclic's global media relations and thought leadership strategy.
Reporting to the Deputy Communications Director, you will play a key role in increasing Betclic's visibility and reputation by developing compelling corporate narratives, managing high-impact media opportunities and strengthening the voice of our executives across priority topics.
Working closely with Communications Managers across our different markets, you will support the delivery of major communication initiatives while helping develop shared PR best practices across the Group.
As our Global Communications team continues to grow and evolve, you'll join at an exciting moment. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the way we communicate, build new ways of working and contribute to the foundations of an ambitious international communications function.
You'll contribute to building and executing an ambitious PR strategy that supports Betclic's business priorities and strengthens the company's reputation.
You will:
- Develop media strategies around key business announcements and corporate milestones.
- Translate corporate narratives into compelling media stories around including innovation & technology, sports, responsible gaming and corporate responsibility.
- Identify proactive media opportunities to increase Betclic's visibility across business, tech and sports media.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists and key media stakeholders in France.
- Coordinate and manage external PR agencie(s)
- Prepare media materials including press releases, Q&A documents, spokesperson briefings and media kits.
You'll help position Betclic and its leaders as trusted voices on the topics shaping our industry.
Working closely with the Deputy Communications Director and senior leadership, you'll identify opportunities to strengthen the company's credibility and visibility among key stakeholders.
You will:
- Identify speaking opportunities for executives at major industry events and conferences.
- Lead the preparation of keynote speeches, panel briefings and executive messaging.
- Coordinate opinion pieces, interviews and bylined articles with top-tier media.
- Support the visibility of Betclic's leadership on topics such as innovation, technology, sports and responsible gaming.
You'll contribute to strengthening PR practices across Betclic's international footprint.
You will:
- Help develop shared PR frameworks, messaging and communication toolkits.
- Support local Communications Managers on strategic announcements and major communication campaigns.
- Share best practices and contribute to greater consistency across markets.
- Develop communication materials that can be adapted locally.
- Collaborate with local teams to maximise the impact of communication initiatives.
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
The job is for you if :
- You have around 8 to 10 years of experience in Communications, either in-house or within a leading PR agency.
- You have successfully led high-profile communication projects in a fast-paced environment and know how to combine strategic thinking with flawless execution.
- You enjoy building relationships with journalists, executives and cross-functional stakeholders, and you're comfortable navigating both corporate and consumer communications.
- You are proactive, curious and solutions-oriented. You know how to influence without formal authority and enjoy working with international teams.
- Fluent French and English are essential.

- Experience within a Tech, Entertainment, Sports company.
- Strong expertise in corporate communications, media relations and executive visibility.
- Strong network across French business, tech and sports media.
- Experience in scaling global PR campaigns.
- If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
- Next, you will meet Louise, Deputy Communications Director (your future manager).
- You will prepare a Case Study.
- Then, you will meet Nathalie, VP Communication and a stakeholder from the Acquisition and/or Marketing team.
- Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
