At Betclic, we are on a mission to redefine the online sports betting and gaming experience. At the heart of this ambition is our Customer Experience team a dynamic group of product designers, UX researchers, and Product Operations Managers dedicated to shaping the future of the Betclic product experience.
As a Design Ops AI & Design Systems, you will play a key role in scaling the efficiency, consistency, and impact of design across the organization. You will contribute to the evolution of our design system, workflows, and tooling ecosystem, with a strong focus on AI-powered design practices and machine-readable systems.
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Own and evolve the design system as a product, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with engineering
- Ensure seamless integration between design and front-end (Figma ↔ code), in close collaboration with engineers
- Drive adoption across teams and ensure the system is actively used
- Define governance models (contribution, validation, versioning)
- Structure a scalable, maintainable, and interoperable system
- Drive design tokens and structured foundations
- Ensure the system is machine-readable and AI-consumable
- Build and maintain high-quality documentation to support teams and AI usage
- Design and improve workflows across the design lifecycle
- Define best practices for Figma structuring and collaboration
- Set up design reviews and design system quality gates
- Identify inefficiencies and improve team velocity
- Build scalable processes and operational frameworks
- Define how AI reshapes design production and workflows
- Test, evaluate, and scale tools (Figma AI, Figma Make, Cursor, cloud tools)
- Deploy AI-native workflows within the design organization
- Enable team adoption of AI practices
- Establish best practices and guardrails
- Drive design system adoption across teams
- Promote systems thinking and a culture of experimentation
- Bridge Design, Product, and Engineering
- Increase overall design leverage, efficiency, and impact
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm !
This job is for you if:
- You have strong experience working with design systems at scale and advanced mastery of Figma
- You have experience improving design workflows and governance
- You are comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teams
- You are curious and hands-on with AI tools (Figma AI, Cursor, Generative AI tools, etc.)
- You are able to create clear processes, documentation, and scalable systems
- You have a pragmatic, impact-driven mindset with strong communication skills
- You are fluent in English
If your application is shortlisted, Elliot will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).
Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet Thomas, Chief Experience Officer, followed by an interview with Theo, Head of Front Platform, and an interview with Lucien Head of Product Design and a Senior Designer.
Finally, Elliot will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
