As an Office Cleaner, you will join the OFM team, made up of 6 people, whose role is to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment across the office and company flat. The role also includes monitoring stock levels and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.

In this role, your main missions will be:

Office Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of all office areas, including:
• Floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dust mopping)
• Meeting rooms and common areas
• Glass surfaces and windows (spot cleaning)
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, including:
• Toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Replenishing consumables (soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Vacuum carpets and maintain flooring standards throughout the office
• Empty waste bins and ensure proper waste disposal
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and equipment
• Clean, maintain, and refill coffee machines and related supplies
• Set up and replenish food and beverage items for employees while ensuring the cleanliness of these areas
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, food items, and consumables; report shortages in a timely manner
• Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or breaches of cleanliness standards
• Clean, dust, and mop office floors using a variety of equipment and supplies

Company Flat Responsibilities:

• Wash bathrooms, mop floors, and clean fixtures
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas
• Mop floors, clean fixtures, and sanitise surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and soft furnishings
• Clean kitchen surfaces and appliances
• Empty and clean bins after tenant departure
• Replace bed linen and towels
• Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues

Additional Responsibilities

• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored

• You have proven working experience as a cleaner.
• You have knowledge of products, chemicals, and safe handling practices
• You have basic knowledge of laundry, including washing and ironing.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
