As a Language Quality Assistant, you’ll join a team where creativity, clarity, and user impact come first. You’ll help elevate the voice of our products, ensuring every piece of content feels sharp, consistent, and truly helpful for our users. In this role, you’ll grow alongside localization and content experts, contribute to shaping our global content culture, and play a key part in delivering experiences that feel effortless—wherever our users are.

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Review and suggest corrections for the pivot language (English) in Phrase, for both existing and new content
• Assist with maintaining Standards Documentation (Content Style Guide, glossaries, and other content standards) and keeping it up to date
• Help verify that content in the app is aligned with the defined standards and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help train AI assistants in Phrase and Enterprise GPT by updating datasets and improving examples
• Support onboarding of Product Owners and freelance linguists by explaining the localisation process and tools (such as Phrase)

• If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes).
• Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
• You will then meet your future manager, Anais - Content Designer, followed by Joao and Kamila - Content Localization Managers.
• Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
• The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
