- Performing analysis of integration with 3rd party systems.
- Synthesis of solutions to fulfill requirements and mitigate risks.
- Task decomposition, roadmap creation.
- Writing documentation to describe system behavior.
- Issues in JIRA, documentation in Confluence.
- Work in microservice architecture with real-time messaging.
- Teams have the ability to choose technologies to effectively achieve results.
- Experienced and strong specialists in teams who are always ready to share knowledge;
- Teams are cross-functional and focused on their goals, and Tech Leads are proactive tech mentors and leaders.
- A minimum of bureaucracy, the ability to easily communicate with all levels of management.
