Bethel University is seeking a dedicated part-time Student Care Coordinator to join our Student Life team. In this role, you will serve for our traditional undergraduate students—walking alongside them as they navigate the academic, social, and emotional challenges of college life. Working closely with the Associate Dean for Student Care, Resident Directors, and Deans, you will help turn early alerts into actionable plans for student flourishing.

  • The Perfect Schedule: Ideal for anyone seeking a true 10-month schedule. Enjoy your summers off (June and July) while making a deep, lasting impact during the academic year.
  • Mission-Driven Work: At Bethel, we view student care as a ministry. You will get to actively live out your faith by fostering a Christ-centered community of belonging, holistic wellness, and spiritual growth.
  • Collaborative Environment: You aren't doing this alone. You will be part of a supportive Student Life team that meets to collaborate, problem-solve, and lift up our student body.
