Compliance Officer (I-Gaming Expertise)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support our regulatory operations across LatAm markets, with a primary focus on Peru.
Working closely with the Regulatory Compliance Team Lead – Peru, the successful candidate will support regulatory compliance activities, licensing obligations, regulatory reporting and day-to-day compliance operations. The role will also provide support to other Latin American markets as business needs require, contributing to the broader objectives of the Compliance function.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the management of licensing, regulatory reporting and ongoing compliance obligations in Peru and other Latin American jurisdictions as required.
- →Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, reports, licence applications and responses to regulatory authorities.
- →Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of regulatory changes across relevant Latin American markets.
- →Maintain compliance documentation, records and evidence required to support audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
- →Assist in conducting compliance monitoring activities and reviews to identify potential regulatory risks, gaps or areas for improvement.
- →Support internal compliance training and awareness initiatives.
- →Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Compliance function.
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Product, Operations and Commercial teams, to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and appropriately implemented.

- Professional English both written and oral
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science or a related field.
- Previous experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal, audit or a related governance function would be advantageous.
- Experience within the online gaming industry would be considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks in Peru, including licensing, AML/CFT, KYC and data protection requirements.
- Knowledge of other Latin American regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
