About the Role
~1 min read- Design and develop compelling visual assets for CRM campaigns, promotional materials, and social media channels.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and content teams to produce on-brand creatives that boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting visuals to suit diverse platforms and target audiences.
- Propose and implement A/B tests to optimize creative performance and enhance user engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality assets on time and with meticulous attention to detail.
- Actively participate in ideation sessions and contribute to shaping the creative direction of campaigns.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within the iGaming industry or a digital agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, brand alignment, and effective communication design.
- Expert command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and color.
- Strong grasp of adapting designs for performance-driven marketing (CRM, email, banners, social, etc.).
- Ability to align with brand tone and voice while developing visually impactful solutions.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have

- Basic animation or 3D design capabilities.
