Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and steer a promotion strategy that harmonizes player expectations with business objectives
- →Lead day-to-day execution of offers, campaigns, and live events, ensuring strong performance against targets
- →Drive the tactical implementation and rollout of campaigns, journeys, communication and product feature support in line with quarterly plans
- →Lead A/B and multivariate tests to optimize retention, engagement, and monetisation
- →Tailor promotions to deliver the right message, to the right segment, at the right time
- →Collaborate with Product and LiveOps teams to innovate on personalization, segmentation, feature development and automation capabilities.
- →Work closely with the Head of LiveOps to align strategy, report results, and share insights with the wider team.
- →Share learnings, propose improvements, and bring a test-and-learn culture to daily operations.
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong knowledge of the online entertainment industry (online casino/social games/mobile games)
- Robust analytical skills with a data-first mindset, prioritizing metrics-driven approaches to decision-making.
- Comfortable taking calculated risks and effectively communicating lessons.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - able to express ideas clearly and consider multiple perspectives.
- Good understanding of the product, finance and/or marketing areas
