Responsibilities

→Primarily office-based with occasional field work
→Projects include land development, site development, and public works
→Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation
→Knowledge of Trimble Business Center (TBC) is a plus
→Create digital terrain models from field survey data
→Review and check work for quality control
→Conduct deed research
→Work under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor
→Identify possible problems, and conflicts, and bring them to the supervisor’s attention

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Specialized vocational training is a plus.
2 + years of land survey experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
Knowledge of MicroStation (Inroads & GeoPak) is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisor, and others
Willingness and ability to be based in an office and do occasional field work.
