As a Field Engineer on our Renewables team, you will be located directly on the project site throughout the week to support field execution. This is a dynamic role bridging the gap between field construction and project management.

Your daily tasks will include:

✓Creating accurate daily construction reports and uploading key technical documents to Procore.

✓Tracking IRA compliance parameters to ensure project documentation meets standards.

✓Reviewing and approving employee timesheets and submitting overtime requests.

✓Generating dig and excavation permits to keep field operations moving safely.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or an equivalent field is highly preferred.
Experience: Prior experience working on solar or similar large-scale utility construction projects is preferred.
Software Skills: Hands-on experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project scheduling software.
Mobility: Willingness to travel and remain on-site throughout the work week.
