Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support and maintain IT infrastructure across North America
- →Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
- →Configure and support Cisco networking, VLANs, VPNs, and switches
- →Maintain Windows Server environments, VMware, and virtual systems
- →Support Microsoft Azure, Intune, and endpoint management
- →Manage laptop imaging, software deployment, and mobile devices
- →Monitor system performance, backups, updates, and security patches
- →Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding and user training
- →Document technical processes and maintain IT inventory
- →Partner with internal teams and leadership to support business operations and IT projects
- 6+ years of IT experience in systems, infrastructure, or network support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, networking, and virtualization
- Experience with Azure, VMware/vCenter, Intune, and MDM tools
- Experience supporting Cisco networking environments
- Understanding of VPN connectivity, routing, VLANs, and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment
- IT certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, or VMware certifications are a plus
- Hybrid schedule with 3–4 days in office
- Up to 15% travel
