As a Senior UX Designer on Blight: Survival, you’ll empower both players and the development team by shaping intuitive, elegant experiences across a vast and dynamic world of systems and interactions. You’ll define scalable UX frameworks, interaction patterns, and player flows, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and artists to solve complex usability challenges and bring the game’s vision to life. Blight: Survival is a bold, atmospheric experience where your UX work will directly shape how players survive, feel tension, and fight back. As the sole UX voice on the project, you’ll have full ownership to define the experience from the ground up: your vision, your impact, your legacy.
Être responsable de l’UX de la conception à la livraison, des parcours joueur et wireframes jusqu’aux prototypes et aux visions d’interaction abouties;
Créer des expériences joueur intuitives, accessibles et émotionnellement engageantes, en étroite collaboration avec le leadership et les équipes transverses;
Concevoir des solutions UX qui équilibrent les besoins des joueurs, les objectifs produit et les réalités techniques;
Porter la voix du joueur afin de garantir que chaque fonctionnalité renforce la satisfaction, la clarté et le plaisir, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes de conception de jeux et d'art UI;
Transformer la recherche utilisateur et les retours de playtests en améliorations de design ciblées et à fort impact;
Élever le niveau de l’UX au sein de l’équipe et du studio en diffusant les bonnes pratiques, les principes et les standards de qualité.
Plus de 8 ans d’expérience en design UX dans le jeu vidéo;
Excellente compréhension de l’UX centrée sur le joueur et des comportements des joueurs, avec la capacité de transformer ces insights en solutions de design concrètes;
Bon esprit d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec un fort souci du détail ; proactif·ve dans l’identification et la résolution des problèmes en amont;
À l’aise dans le travail collaboratif et la communication, capable de travailler en équipe et d’intégrer les retours;
Fiable et adaptable, capable de contribuer rapidement et efficacement sur des projets soumis à de vraies contraintes;
Expérience avec Figma, Adobe XD et la suite Adobe ; une expérience en motion design est un atout.
