As a Senior UX Designer on Dead by Daylight, you will shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable player experiences, with a strong focus on menus and game interfaces. Working within a design‑thinking framework, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow UX designers and cross‑disciplinary partners through iterative design, testing, and refinement.
You will own features from concept to launch, create and maintain clear UX documentation, and actively foster collaboration to deliver meaningful, player‑centered experiences.
Shape intuitive, accessible, and emotionally engaging player experiences in close partnership with leadership and cross-discipline teams.
Design UX solutions that balance player needs, product goals, and technical realities.
Lead UX from concept to delivery, from player flows and wireframes to prototypes and polished interaction visions.
Champion the player perspective to ensure every feature strengthens satisfaction, clarity, and enjoyment, collaborating closely with the Game design and UI Art teams.
Turn user research and playtest feedback into focused, high-impact design improvements.
Elevate UX craft across the team by driving best practices, principles, and quality standards.
5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in games (engine experience a plus).
Deep understanding of player‑centered UX and player behavior.
Strong problem‑solver with a sharp eye for detail.
Clear communicator who thrives in team settings.
Creative, curious, and passionate about games.
Comfortable with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Suite; motion is a bonus.

5+ ans d’expérience en tant que concepteur·trice UX dans le jeu vidéo (une expérience sur moteur de jeu est un plus);
Excellente compréhension de l’UX centrée joueur·se et des comportements des joueurs·ses;
Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, avec un grand souci du détail;
Communicateur·rice clair·e, à l’aise dans le travail en équipe;
Créatif·ve, curieux·se et passionné·e par le jeu vidéo;
