Responsibilities

- →Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local codes and standards.
- →Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled team.
- →Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues with precision and efficiency.
- →Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC.
- Current city and county licenses for HVAC services (mandatory).
- Journeyman license (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to union membership and adherence to union standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge.
