• →Collaborate with sales, healthcare providers/systems and/or their IT teams to implement EMR solutions in-person and virtually
• →Act as subject matter expert and primary point-of-contact for our prenatal and oncology sales teams on all of BillionToOne’s EMR solutions
• →Provide customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and end-user training on all solutions
• →Lead key activities such as workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training plans, go-live support, etc.
• →Post-implementation, own the live customer relationship and act as the main point of contact for any issues, changes, etc.
• →Identify and champion new EMR solutions, vendor partnerships, and interoperability opportunities for BillionToOne
• →Work closely with sales representatives and technical analysts to continuously evaluate and enhance the customer onboarding experience.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working in EMR systems or patient/provider portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab
• Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and EMR implementations and how to bridge together all 3
• Strong ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels
• Very tech-savvy – previous experience in a technical role is a plus
• Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, and effectively manage expectations
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US

• End-user experience in more than one common EMR vendor, including Epic, Cerner, athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.
• Existing IT contacts at health systems/IDNs
