Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.

Improve core systems like order management, risk engines, pricing models, and settlement processes.

Work with engineering and quant teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions.

Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.

Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.

Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.

Open from junior to senior levels; product experience is not a must as long as you have experience working with trading systems.

Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc.

Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).

Ability to understand trading algorithms, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
