About the Role
We're looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Senior Product Operations Manager for Binance Chat. You'll own the operational and go-to-market strategy, working across product, marketing, and business teams to drive measurable impact — ensuring the Chat product runs smoothly, grows healthily, and continuously improves based on data and user feedback.

Own the day-to-day operations of the Binance Chat product, including feature rollouts, content governance, and user experience monitoring.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate product strategies into operational processes and execution plans

Define, track, and analyze core product metrics and surface actionable insights to improve performance.

Identify product issues and user pain points through data analysis, user feedback, and community signals; drive improvements with relevant teams.

Design and execute growth and engagement initiatives (e.g., new feature GTM, user incentive programs).

Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, and policies for the Chat product.

Work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Marketing to ensure product health and regulatory alignment.

Support new feature launches end-to-end: coordinate testing, user communication, and post-launch monitoring.

Represent the voice of the user internally by gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback through surveys, user interviews, and community engagement.

3–5 years of experience in product operations, growth operations, or a related role in a tech or internet company.

Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL is a plus).

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work effectively with product, engineering, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of social or messaging products; experience with chat, community, or content platforms is a strong plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus to communicate with internal & external stakeholders.

Crypto/Web3 industry knowledge or enthusiasm is a plus.
