Responsibilities
~1 min readAs an early member of our product team you will have the opportunity to shape Biograph's technology, product, and culture.
- →Own the vision and end-to-end strategy for the member lifecycle, ensuring a cohesive and high-conversion experience from onboarding to annual renewal.
- →Lead cross-functional engineering and design teams to build and iterate on the member-facing platform that serves as the digital "home" for their health data.
- →Partner with clinical and operations teams to implement proactive, automated communication triggers that guide members through their personalized health roadmaps.
- →Analyze member engagement data and conduct qualitative interviews to identify friction points, continuously refining the digital interface to improve health literacy and retention.
- →Define the product requirements for longitudinal tracking, ensuring that year-over-year data is presented in a way that highlights meaningful trends and health progress.
- →Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.

- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within the health and wellness industry.
- You have a 'player-coach' mentality - the ability to architect high-level product strategy while remaining hands-on in writing specs and navigating technical trade-offs.
- You have a proven track record of translating complex technical or clinical information into intuitive, consumer-friendly digital experiences.
- You are comfortable working with data to track retention and engagement metrics but possess a deep appreciation for high-end aesthetic design and UX.
- You thrive in a "builder" environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and create structured product processes where they may not yet exist.
- Comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup.
