With ambitious growth plans to significantly expand their national footprint, they are looking to bring on a Property Manager who is excited to take ownership, make an impact, and grow alongside a high-performing team. This position is ideal if you enjoy cultivating strong connections with tenants, vendors, and industry partners, respond proactively to potential challenges, manage budgets and compliance with precision, and value responsibility, integrity, and accountability in yourself and your leadership team.
Performing regular property inspections and overall maintenance oversight
Coordinating tenant onboarding, departures, renewals, and improvements
Managing capital improvement projects alongside internal teams
Preparing and monitoring annual budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics
Handling lease compliance, rent collection, and delinquency management
Evaluating vendor performance and managing key service agreements
Supporting property acquisitions, sales, and reporting for stakeholders
Make informed decisions while keeping operations running smoothly
Balance financial accuracy with a strong tenant experience
Communicate effectively with tenants, partners, and internal leadership
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and results
Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment
3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, including property administration, property management, or tenant coordination (industrial experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of budgets, accruals, CAM/tax reconciliations, COIs, and vendor contracts
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Yardi
Bachelor's degree preferred
Driver’s License Required
Illinois Real Estate License (or in process) a plus
Base salary of $80,000-$95,000 (commensurate with experience)
