About the Role

A Director of Product Management is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall strategy, vision, and execution of a company's product portfolio. They bridge the gap between business, technology, and user experience, ensuring products meet market needs and drive business growth. This role will report to CTO of Bitdeer.

Responsibilities

→Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MS degree preferred.
→Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
→Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
→Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
→Deep understanding of product development methodologies and best practices.
→Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
→Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
→Knowledge of the relevant industry and market trends.
→Experience with Agile development methodologies.
