Responsibilities

→Must-have
- →Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related discipline
- →5 years of experience in enterprise systems, business applications, or process-related roles; candidates with strong learning ability and relevant exposure are also encouraged to apply
- →Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to follow through on tasks and issues
- →Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in a dynamic business environment
- →Good communication skills and patience when working with business stakeholders
- →Ability to manage multiple tasks with appropriate guidance and prioritization
→Nice-to-have
- →Has experience or exposure to enterprise business systems such as workflow, approval, CRM, ERP, HR, or finance platform
- →Hs experience supporting or participating in system implementation, configuration, or business process improvement initiatives
- →Basic understanding of common business processes (e.g. expense management, approvals, onboarding, procurement)

Technical awareness such as APIs, system integrations, or data flow concepts
