• →Build and evolve the Agent Runtime, including execution flow, scheduling, state management, and multi-agent coordination.
• →Design and maintain the orchestration layer (workflow/graph engine) enabling reliable, traceable, and scalable agent workflows.
• →Develop the tool ecosystem, including tool registry, schema enforcement, permissioning, and secure sandboxed execution.
• →Architect unified memory and context systems (episodic, semantic, working memory) with long-term state persistence and retrieval.
• →Implement observability and debugging tooling, including tracing, logging, replay, and workflow visualization.
• →Ensure platform security and governance, covering guardrails, policy enforcement, multi-tenancy, and resource isolation.
• →Operate and scale agent workloads on Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems, optimizing for performance and reliability.
• →Provide high-quality developer experience via SDKs, APIs, templates, and platform documentation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred for advanced R&D or innovation-oriented roles.
• 4–8+ years of experience in backend engineering, distributed systems, platform engineering, or applied AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, plus experience with Go / TypeScript / Rust / C++.
• Experience building or contributing to agent frameworks, orchestration systems, workflow engines, or distributed runtimes.
• Experience defining and implementing agent Skills, including packaging instructions, metadata, code, and resources for specialized agent behavior.
• Solid understanding of tool-calling, function orchestration, MCP, or LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with retrieval systems, embeddings, vector stores (e.g., Qdrant, Chroma, pgvector).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native systems, and distributed debugging.
• Experience with observability stacks (metrics, logs, traces) and performance engineering.
• Strong understanding of state management, concurrency, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with ML, infra, and application teams.
• Fluent in English; experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments is a plus.
