You're not here to execute tickets. As a product engineer, you'll own problems end-to-end - from discovery and talking to customers, all the way to launch. That means taking on a meaningful slice of product management: defining what to build, why, and for whom. You'll deeply understand our customers' problems and make sure the things we ship actually solve them. This role is way more than engineering.

You'll take the lead front to back. You design it, you build it, you ship it. TypeScript is your weapon of choice. You won't just use or play with AI - you'll bake it into the core product offering.

Clean, fast and scalable. You catch issues before they catch you. PRs, run tests, quality and performance … it’s all second nature.

You share what you know, enable others and raise the bar. Whether you want to go deep as an expert or grow as a team lead – you’ve got the runway.

You stay curious, test new tools and plug the best ones straight into the product.

You thrive and embrace the startup pace. Iterate fast, solve problems creatively and jump on new challenges as we scale.

• You’ve got 7+ years of engineering under your belt and a solid track record building full-stack products. Bonus points if you’ve led a team or owned big pieces of a system before.

• You’re fluent in TypeScript, Elastic, React, Node, GraphQL, and SQL and maybe even Python on the side.

• You get data and AI and you’re excited to build products where both are at the core, not sprinkled on top.

• You code with AI: you use AI tools as a natural extension of your workflow to move faster and smarter.

• You have a feel for UX: you think about the experience, not just the implementation.

• You write code you stand behind: clean, efficient, maintainable. Quality isn't something you add later; it's how you work.

• You lead by doing: you coach teammates, unblock others, and keep momentum high.

• You’re a problem-solver: detail-oriented, curious, and collaborative.

• You’re fluent in English (Dutch is a nice bonus).

• Experience in product management is a plus: you've worked closely with or taken on PM responsibilities before.

• And if you love CI/CD or DevOps (ArgoCD, Kubernetes) or have played with agentic AI workflows (Ray, Temporal), that's a big plus.
