Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist the Contract Manager(s) to ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with company policy and contract specifications are met.
- →Comply with all company health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- →Assist in planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established timelines.
- →Assist in preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- →Assists in budget analysis, cost, and margin projections, estimate project changes and impacts.
- →Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships.
- →Prepare monthly reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
- →Trade and subcontractor coordination.
- →Document control
- →Sourcing supplies/materials as required to complete projects.
- →Sourcing sub-contractors as required by the client.
Requirements

- Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma
- 2 - 3 Years' Experience with a Junior Project Coordinator role
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry
- Experienced with scheduling programs is an asset
- Understanding of project forecasting and projections
- Competency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Dispute resolution and negotiation skills
- Willing and able to travel within the province
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Obtaining Reliability Status security clearance will be a condition of employment
