Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

Part-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW-C, LCPC and LCMFT).

• Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours
• Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends
• Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite.
