As an Pharmacy Partner Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our external pharmacy partners and will be responsible for maintaining effective communication regarding daily billing and operational inquiries to ensure shipment processing times are in accordance with company standards. You will also be responsible for managing the investigation, reporting, and patient communication for claims of potential incidents.

Responsibilities

→At least three years of pharmacy experience with demonstrated success in resolving third-party claims.
→High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
→Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
→Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a solid operational mindset.
→Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
→Ability to collaborate effectively within team and cross-functionally
→Advanced technical aptitude with the capacity to quickly learn and adapt to complex software systems.
→Experience with Google Suite
→Experience mentoring or informally training other employees is a plus
