About the Role

Active California Bar license in good standing.
Minimum of five years of relevant legal experience.
Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury, habitability, landlord-tenant law, or civil litigation.
Ability to independently manage cases from evaluation through resolution.
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case evaluation skills.
Experience drafting substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines effectively.
Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Ability to work full-time and on-site at our Burbank office.

Requirements

Significant plaintiff-side litigation experience.
Experience handling depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.
Trial preparation or first-chair trial experience.
Experience managing a high-volume caseload.
Leadership or mentorship experience.
Spanish fluency is a plus.
