- Enjoys working outside in varying weather conditions.

- Is a problem solver and innovator.
- Strong communication and narration abilities.
- High School Diploma Required, College Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years Management Experience in similar field
- Expert Customer Service Skills - positive attitude
- Expert Judgement
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must have proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
