Responsibilities

→Support day-to-day activities and projects within the IT support team.
→Assist in delivering initiatives related to:

→Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
→Setting up new employees' workstations and getting them up to speed.
→Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment, keeping our data safe and systems running smoothly.
→Work closely with the IT team to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
→Administer and support cloud-based tools including Google Workspace, Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management), 1Password, Notion, and Slack and many more.

→Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Legal Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, etc.
→Prepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders.
→Learn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

→Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience..
→Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
→Clear written and verbal communication skills.
→A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
→Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
→Interest in fintech, crypto, digital assets, or technology-driven businesses.
