Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our IT clients, managing the full recruitment cycle, and delivering top talent to our clients. You will be working closely with our sales team, clients, and candidates to understand hiring needs, source and screen candidates, and negotiate offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with IT clients, understand their hiring needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent, including social media, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to ensure the best fit for client openings.
- Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment terms to ensure successful offer acceptance.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train junior recruiters to achieve team goals and develop their skills.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, HR, Computer Science).
- Certifications: Valid certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and roles.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
