• →Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning and sanitation tasks across all areas
• →Lead, motivate, and manage a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols

• →Implement and maintain cleaning & sanitation management procedures aligned with health regulations and industry best practices
• →Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality standards are upheld
• →Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• →Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead staff and liaise with other departments
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and janitorial best practices
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams and maintaining high service standards
