Contract Position

Bluegrass Digital is looking for a strong Mobile Developer to join our delivery team on a contract basis. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds scalable mobile applications, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality digital products.

You’ll work on exciting projects across industries, partnering with designers, developers, QA, and product teams to deliver exceptional mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications
→Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers
→Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code
→Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
→Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
→Ensure code quality through testing and peer reviews
→Contribute to CI/CD and release processes
→Stay up to date with mobile development trends and best practices

React Native
Flutter
Kotlin / Android Development
Swift / iOS Development
Additional experience with:
REST APIs and third-party integrations
Firebase and push notifications
Git version control
Agile/Scrum environments
App Store / Google Play deployments
CI/CD pipelines

5+ years of mobile development experience
Strong understanding of mobile architecture and performance optimization
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Strong communication skills
A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite)

Nice to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Experience building enterprise or customer-facing apps
UI/UX sensitivity and strong product thinking
