About the Role
~1 min read- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, data analysis or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in the fintech industry or data management products. knowledge of financial and accounting flows is a strong advantage
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of operational workflows and financial data flows.
- Data Management: Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of API integrations and data synchronization logic.
- Platform Thinking: Ability to translate operational "pain points" into scalable platform features.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions regarding feature prioritization and system health.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects using tools like Jira; comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical platform concepts to non-technical Ops and Sales stakeholders.
