Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B Marketing Agency Role Overview Blufig is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing delivery team and contribute to the growth and success of our B2B technology clients. In this role, you will work across three key digital marketing functions — SEO, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Performance Marketing — supporting the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated B2B marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, be comfortable working across multiple channels, and have a data-driven approach to improving campaign performance and client outcomes. Role Objective • SEO & Organic Growth: Execute SEO strategies that improve search visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall digital presence for B2B technology clients. • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Support and execute targeted ABM campaigns focused on identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-value accounts and decision makers. • Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms to generate qualified leads and improve campaign ROI. • Integrated Digital Delivery: Work across SEO, ABM, and paid media to support integrated marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals. Key Responsibilities 1. SEO & Search Marketing • Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities for B2B technology clients. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and content gap analysis. • Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets for search visibility. • Support technical SEO activities including site audits, internal linking, metadata optimization, and identifying crawl/indexing issues. • Develop and implement content optimization recommendations based on search trends and keyword opportunities. • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other relevant SEO metrics. • Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility through content, authority building, and search optimization. • Stay updated with developments in SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search, and search engine algorithm changes. • Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations. 2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) • Support the execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns for B2B technology clients. • Research and identify target accounts based on ICP, industry, company size, business requirements, and other defined criteria. • Build and maintain target account lists and support account segmentation. • Conduct prospect and decision-maker research using platforms such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, intent data platforms, and other relevant tools. • Support personalized outreach and engagement campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, and content. • Coordinate with content, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop account-specific campaigns and assets. • Monitor account engagement, lead quality, response rates, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution. • Identify opportunities to improve account engagement and campaign performance. • Support reporting and analysis of ABM campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization. 3. Performance Marketing & Paid Media • Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and relevant third-party media networks. • Conduct audience research, campaign planning, keyword research, and targeting. • Set up and manage campaigns, ad groups, audiences, budgets, creatives, and tracking. • Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives. • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies. • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and reduce acquisition costs. • Work with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging. • Ensure campaign tracking, UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and reporting are accurately implemented. 4. Campaign Reporting & Analytics • Track and analyze performance across SEO, ABM, and Performance Marketing campaigns. • Prepare regular campaign and client performance reports. • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization. • Monitor lead quality and marketing contribution to the overall sales pipeline. • Use analytics and marketing platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. 5. Client Delivery & Collaboration • Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to understand client objectives and campaign requirements. • Support the execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals. • Participate in client calls and campaign discussions when required. • Ensure timely delivery of assigned campaigns, reports, and marketing activities. • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables. • Proactively identify challenges and recommend solutions to improve campaign outcomes. 6. Process Improvement & AI Adoption • Identify repetitive marketing tasks and opportunities for automation. • Leverage AI tools to improve research, content optimization, campaign analysis, reporting, and productivity. • Experiment with AI-powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency and quality. • Follow and contribute to Blufig's evolving digital marketing processes, SOPs, and best practices. • Stay updated with emerging trends across AI, SEO, ABM, Performance Marketing, and B2B digital marketing. Requirements Requirements Preferred Qualifications & Experience • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B technology marketing agency or B2B environment. • Core Expertise: Hands-on experience in at least two or more of the following areas, with a strong understanding of all three: o SEO o Account-Based Marketing (ABM) o Performance Marketing • B2B Marketing: Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, ICP, buyer journeys, and demand generation. • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, content optimization, and SEO analytics. • ABM Knowledge: Understanding of account research, account targeting, segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel ABM campaigns. • Paid Media: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or Meta Ads. • Analytics: Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and other marketing analytics/reporting platforms. • Marketing Tools: Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms is preferred. • AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools to support research, analysis, content optimization, campaign execution, and marketing automation. • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze campaign performance and convert data into actionable recommendations. • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. • Ownership: Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
