Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, vacuum, and prep cars for delivery or after collision repairs, adhering to Bob Weaver Auto's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or wear and report any issues to the management team.
• Collaborate with the reconditioning team to prepare vehicles efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work environment, following all safety and environmental protocols.

Qualifications:

• High energy and a strong work ethic, with a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or reconditioning preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
