Bob Weaver Auto is seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Sales, Service, and Collision Departments.

This is an important front-line position that combines customer service, technology, scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination. Our CSRs are often one of the first points of contact for our customers and help keep information and daily workflow moving between customers and dealership departments.

We are especially interested in candidates who are strong with computers, highly organized, take initiative, and naturally help keep others and daily responsibilities on track.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, learns systems quickly, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of getting things done. Previous process training, or team coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • →Greet customers in person and by phone in a friendly, professional manner.
  • →Answer incoming calls and efficiently connect customers with the appropriate team member.
  • →Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
  • →Assist with customer check-in and check-out.
  • →Process payments and cashiering transactions accurately.
  • →Make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-up, retention, and customer support.
  • →Assist with rental and loaner vehicle coordination.
  • →Use multiple dealership and web-based systems to enter, retrieve, and maintain customer information.
  • →Scan, upload, organize, and maintain customer and service documents.
  • →Support Service Advisors and Collision team members with customer communication and administrative needs.
  • →Maintain accurate daily records and reports.
  • →Help organize priorities and follow through on outstanding customer or administrative needs.
  • →Work collaboratively with Service, Collision, Parts, Sales, and other dealership departments.
  • →Take initiative to identify issues, solve problems, and help keep daily workflow organized.
  • →Assist with special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
  • Previous customer service, administrative, office, or dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn multiple software and web-based systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Professional and confident when communicating with customers and coworkers.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, accountable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
  • Natural initiative and willingness to assist, guide, and support other team members.
  • Previous team lead, training, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
