Mobile Preventative Maintenance Technician

Monday-Friday Day shift hours, plus hourly rate.

  Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.

• →

  Identify and give recommendations for repairs and make all critical machine and safety related repairs/adjustments.

• →

  Remove and install parts, disassemble and craft components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision.

• →

  Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments

• →

  Make critical adjustments as required to various parts, components and systems.

• →

  Communicate effectively and expertly with customers on their repairs

• →

  Finish the necessary documentation and follow up as required in a timely, orderly manner.

• →

  Create a work environment that is considerate of the customer’s needs.

• Ability to read and comprehend specifications, service and parts literature, technical bulletins and other related publications.

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn to effectively use company software – with training.

• General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools & instruments, and diagnostic software.

• Technical school certificate OR equivalent 1 year experience in automotive lube service is required.
