Position Overview Bobyard is growing uncomfortably fast. Demand is exploding. Our infrastructure needs to 10x while we ship 10x more product. No time for ticket-jockeys. You’ll have founder-level autonomy to design, execute, and iterate. We move at startup speed — no committees, no politics.
Own the full stack: React, Django, PostgreSQL. You build it, you ship it, you scale it. Design and scale: Backend APIs, data models, and infra that won’t break when usage 100x’s overnight. Frontend craft: Architecture, performance, UX.
