Sales Associate BODY20 Brookhaven

At BODY20, we’re redefining personal training through cutting-edge EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) technology. Our workouts are just 20 minutes — but the results are powerful.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Convert leads into members through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Qualify prospects and book first workout sessions with appropriate leads
• Greet and engage prospective members with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Conduct studio tours and educate prospects on BODY20’s unique EMS training benefits
• Create social media content while in the studio to support marketing and brand awareness
• Attend and participate in networking and marketing events outside of the studio
• Support studio events, local outreach, and community partnerships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Help create a premium member experience from first interaction through membership enrollment

What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• REQUIRED: Sales and customer service experience
• Fitness sales experience strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-player mentality
• Comfortable using technology, scripts, and CRM systems
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals
• Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to participate in 1–2 BODY20 workouts per week to effectively describe the workout experience to prospective members
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
