BODY20 Lenexa City Center is looking for a high-energy, fitness-focused Sales Associate with a positive, can-do attitude who loves talking to people, building relationships, and working toward goals.

This is a sales-focused position, and one of the most important parts of the job is calling and nurturing leads. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, calling prospective members, starting conversations, following up consistently, and helping move leads from initial interest to an appointment and ultimately a membership.

We are looking for someone who is self-accountable and takes ownership of their leads, follow-up, sales goals, and responsibilities without needing constant reminders.

What You'll Do

Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leads
Consistently nurture prospects through phone calls and text follow-up
Build relationships with prospects and learn about their fitness goals
Schedule prospective members for introductory experiences
Present membership options and confidently close membership sales
Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity in our CRM
Work toward individual and studio sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service to current members
Participate in local marketing events, community events, and promotional pop-ups
Help generate new leads and build awareness of BODY20 in the community
Complete BODY20 Coach Certification and assist with prospective member workouts and the sales experience as needed

Part-Time Schedule: (could be Full-time for the right person)

We are looking for part-time team members who can help provide coverage during the following times:

Mornings: approximately 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Evenings: approximately 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
Saturday mornings: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

You do not have to be available for every time block. However, candidates with flexibility across multiple mornings, evenings, and/or Saturdays are especially valuable to our team.

Experience

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred. Fitness, membership sales, commission-based sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or lead-generation experience is a plus.

We can teach you BODY20, EMS training, and our sales process.

What we need you to bring is energy, confidence, self-accountability, an interest in fitness, and the willingness to pick up the phone every day and consistently follow up with leads.
