~2 min read- →Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by integrating product design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
- →Conduct workflow design and analysis to enhance operational efficiency and improve quality.
- →Develop models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide summary analysis and metrics to leaders and customers.
- →Research, design, and implement processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- →Prepare operations plans, including budgeting, capacity analysis, and production change management to meet technical goals.
- →Support execution planning through project management, planning, scheduling, and shop load practices.
- →Ensure compliance with industry safety, design standards, and ergonomic guidelines.
- →Integrate supply chain considerations into production planning, including supplier capacity alignment, material flow optimization, and inventory strategy to minimize risk and support on-time delivery.
- →Partner with procurement, suppliers, logistics, and operations teams to develop resilient supply chain solutions, manage lead-times, and implement supplier performance metrics.
- →Leverage data and digital tools to improve demand-supply visibility, reduce supply variability, and enable continuous improvement across the value stream.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- →Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- →2+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- →(Level 3) 5+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education. 2+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing practices. 2+ years of experience leading and partnering with all key functions in an integrator/lead role. Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and practical experience stabilizing and improving manufacturing processes. Experience working closely with manufacturing assembly technicians and supporting their efforts on the shop floor. Experience integrating supply chain activities into production planning (supplier management, inventory optimization, demand-supply balancing). Familiarity with supply chain and planning tools such as ERP systems, APS, or supplier portals and analytics tools like Minitab, JMP, or other data visualization platforms.
