→Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality
→Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
→Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
→Conducts staffing and cost analyses
→Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
→Represents manufacturing on production related issues

Requirements

More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
More than 1 year of experience leading teams
Experience in the aerospace industry

Bachelor’s degree or higher
More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel
Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
Hands on experience with Component level testing (Vibe, Shock, Thermal Cycling, functional testing, etc.)
