Responsibilities

- →Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
- →Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
- →Conducts staffing and cost analyses
- →Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
- →Represents manufacturing on production related issues

This position is for 2nd shift.
Shift 2 (United States of America)Requirements
~1 min read- More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- More than 1 year of experience leading teams
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
- Hands on experience with Component level testing (Vibe, Shock, Thermal Cycling, functional testing, etc.)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Summary Pay Range: $96,900 - $131,100
Millennium is a DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance.
