The Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS), Space Weapons and Information Systems is seeking an Industrial Engineer, Mid-Career to support the Minuteman III Guidance and Navigation System Repair (GNSR) program. This job location will be in Heath, Ohio.
Position Responsibilities:
- Monitors performance, supports production and systems to meet operational and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, and work flows.
- Evaluates new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations.
- Designs, maintains, and optimizes the production system by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
- Analyzes data and provides summary analyses and metrics for consultation to leaders and customers.
- Develops and implements plans and programs for facility/factory modifications and revisions to operating methods.
- Ensures compliance with established industry safety, design standards and ergonomic guidelines.
- Lead or support LEAN production activities and workshops.
- Interacts frequently with inter-organizational personnel and external customers. Represents the organization by providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 5 or more years' related work experience
- Experience with Depot Level Repair and Maintenance
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Bachelor or Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience implementing One Boeing Production System (OneBPS) or similar Lean Production System
- Experience working under an AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS).

Summary pay range: $ 100,300 – $ 135,700
