Mid-Level Project Scheduler

The successful candidate prepares, develops, and coordinates integrated schedules and schedule related products to meet program and/or project requirements. A successful candidate will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders as well as external customers in the development and maintaining of production schedules.

In summary, the successful candidate will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders in the development of integration master schedules. The successful candidate will also be a detail-oriented, self-starter which is able to take requirements and execute with little direction in a fast-paced environment.

• →Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• →Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
• →Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
• →Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
• →Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
• →Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• →Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

• 3 or more years of experience building Integrated Master Plans
• 3 or more years of experience in managing complex integrated schedules or projects
• 3 or more years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
• 3 or more years of experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules
• 1+ year of proven multi-function, multi-site project management experience
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field
• Experience working with BRAIDSS
• Experience with GOLDesp
