  • Experience in fabrication and qualification of electronic/electrical equipment

  • Ability to translate program requirements into engineering requirements and communicate effectively in both domains

  • Knowledge of the Boeing procurement process

  • Ability to create engineering workflows that can also produce actionable and trackable metrics leadership can understand

  • Experience working across a team representing multiple skill areas with internal and external resources and customers

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

  • Knowledgeable of the B-52 platform
